I'm Adam McBride, a trainer, nutrition coach, bodybuilder, Veteran and my job is to teach you to lose fat, build muscle, and build confidence while creating the best version of yourself.
Growing up I was always the overweight kid who was a little athletic but didn't look the part. So I understand the struggle of not being happy with how you look but in love with the term I will start Monday. I found my true passion in life, fitness while deployed to Afghanistan in 2011 while serving in the United States Army. Always wanting to take charge of our Physical Training sessions thinking it was just my passion to lead Soldiers but it turned out it was much more than that.
While on my third deployment in 2016 I decided to put everything that I learned through books, articles, youtube, putting myself through various diet plans and numerous workout programs and get Certified as a Personal Trainer. While working on my degree in Exercise Science I completed all exams, case studies, and my CPR certification in 5 months.
Since then I have been working with clients from many walks of life and specializing in helping woman with body recomposition and teaching them the importance of weight training in achieving their fitness goals. Also as a bikini coach helping them win overalls and turning pro.
My name is Viktoreia McBride and I am the Co Owner of Gramz Fitness. I am an ISSA certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I am a mother of 2, wife, soldier, and NANBF professional bikini competitor.
I have always had a personal passion for fitness and sports. I started sports at a young age and then continued to further my knowledge in the military. After getting out of the military in 2012, I suffered from depression and gained 70 pounds with my weight reaching over 200lbs. It was then that I realized I needed to take care of myself and lose the weight to not only be healthy for myself, but for my son. I hired a personal trainer and started working on myself. I realized the joy and pride I felt bettering myself and wanted to be able to bring that to others. I really started to develop my passion for helping others with fitness when i rejoined the military and became a drill sergeant. Helping people reach their potential and pushing them to new limits they didn’t think they could achieve is a feeling you really can’t beat!
My ultimate goal is to help people fall in love with fitness and develop a healthy and balanced lifestyle! Let me help you turn your “one days” into Day 1!
